Our Cold Press process ensures you receive a pure product, retaining all the natural characteristics of the seeds we press. That means you can rely on us to produce a product which is healthy, retaining as much nutritional value as possible from the original raw seed.

So, no matter what your reason to contact Stoney Creek, we guarantee you will be treated as a valued client and given honest friendly advice. Our staff are committed to providing all customers with current information, which means we are always researching the valuable properties and uses of our products.

Freshness
Our processing procedure enables us to process in small batches. This means you can rely on our product being fresh. All our product is labelled with a "Best by and Production Date" (not some indecipherable code) so you know when your product was processed at Stoney Creek.

Delivery
We despatch from our Talbot plant each Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, utilising the services of any of three fast and reliable freight services - namely Startrack, Fastway or Australia Post. Most capital city deliveries are made within 5 (five) business days of receipt of order, with other destinations taking up to 7 (seven) business days. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order, you will be advised by telephone or email within 2 (two) business days.

Replacement Policy
If any Stoney Creek products reach you in a condition which does not meet your expectation, we will replace the product. That means you are dealing with people who are not only committed to producing the highest quality product but also to ensuring you receive it in the best possible condition.

Transaction Currency
All transactions are in Australian dollars (AUD)
