• ½ cup paw paw (papaya), skin removed and chopped
  • 1½ cups soy milk (low-fat or rice milk if preferred)
  • 1 tsp wild hibiscus syrup* (or less to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Stoney Creek Organic Flaxseed Oil
  • *try your supermarket liquor department


Blend together in a processor until smooth.


The Paw Paw or Papaya was first cultivated in Mexico and used as food and medicine. You may find the fruit labelled as Yellow Paw Paw or Red Papaya (sweeter). One slice of the ripe fruit provides more than twice your daily requirement for vitamin C, plus vitamins A and B, calcium, iron and antioxidant carotenoids.
