Ingredients

  • 1 small Pear, diced
  • 2 Apples, diced
  • ½ onion, diced
  • ¼ tsp curry power, to taste
  • 150gm brown sugar
  • 120gm Stoney Creek Grapeseed Oil
  • ½ clove garlic
  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Pinch salt

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into saucepan
  2. Simmer for 30 minutes or until apple is soft, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour into a jar or small container.
  4. Serve chilled.

(Opitional) To use as a dip blend down ingredients to desired thickness.
