Ingredients

  • ½ kg lean Mince
  • ½ cup Rice (uncooked)
  • 1 slice Bread chopped
  • ⅓ cup Stoney Creek Flaxseed Meal
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • Mix together 1 tin Tomato Soup + 1/2 tin water

Method

  • Mix mince, rice, bread, onion, flaxseed meal and egg in a medium bowl.
  • Roll into meat balls and place into a casserole dish and pour soup mix over.
  • Bake in moderate oven for approximately 1¼ to 1½ hour
