Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients

Makes 12

  • _ cup grated cheese
  • _ onion, diced
  • _ broccoli
  • 12 eggs
  • Prosciutto or ham (optional)
  • 1 _ tsp Stoney Creek Grapeseed oil
  • Pinch Himalayan pink salt (to taste)

 

Method

 

 

  1. Grease or line muffin tray and preheat oven to 200 degrees C
  2. Mix all ingredients in bowl and pour into muffin tray.
  3. Place into oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Serve warm
