Apple and Quince Crumble



  • 3 Granny Smith apples peeled and cut into segments
  • 2 quinces peeled and diced
  • _ cup caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • _ tsp ground cinnamon




  • 1 cup plain flour
  • _ cup Stoney Creek Organic Flaxseed Meal
  • _ cup rolled oats
  • _ cup caster sugar
  • 200g butter




Preheat oven to 180 C. Combine filling in a bowl and spread over a 25cm baking/tart dish. Melt butter in a saucepan and combine with crumble ingredients. Spread crumble mixture over fruit. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crumble is golden. Serve with cream or icecream.
