Pistachio Sauce

Ingredients

  • 100g unsalted pistachios
  • large bunch parsley
  • juice of one lemon
  • 100ml Stoney Creek Organic Flaxseed Oil
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Method

Process pistachios, parsley and lemon juice, drizzling in the oil until smooth. Serve with tofu, chicken or seafood. Perfect with seared scallops.
