Pistachio Sauce


  • 100g unsalted pistachios
  • large bunch parsley
  • juice of one lemon
  • 100ml Stoney Creek Organic Flaxseed Oil
  • salt and pepper to taste.


  1. Process pistachios, parsley and lemon juice, drizzling in the oil until smooth.
  2. Serve with tofu, chicken or seafood.
  3. Perfect with seared scallops.
