Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg lean Mince
  • 1/2 cup Rice (uncooked)
  • 1 slice Bread chopped
  • 1/3 cup Stoney Creek Flaxseed Meal
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • Mix together 1 tin Tomato Soup + 1/2 tin water

 

Method

  1. Mix mince, rice, bread, onion, flaxseed meal and egg in a medium bowl.
  2. Roll into meat balls and place into a casserole dish and pour soup mix over.
  3. Bake in moderate oven for approximately 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hour
